Accurx is the secure online system used by the practice. You will be directed to our shared Salford Medical Centre submission page, but you can still be seen at The Quays. The form helps the team decide the most appropriate response.

What happens next?

  • The practice reviews the information you submit.
  • You may receive advice, a telephone call, a face-to-face appointment or another suitable service.
  • Keep your telephone nearby and make sure your contact details are current.
  • If your condition worsens while waiting, seek appropriate medical advice.

When the practice is closed

Use NHS 111 online or call 111 for urgent medical help that is not an emergency. Call 999 in a life-threatening emergency.
